The house was very clean and neat. We had some initial trouble with a couple of the doors but got help pretty quickly. A fire alarm was chirping and, although it was only about 5:15, the property management company said they would come the next day to fix it. Then when we objected to that they asked us to replace the battery ourselves. The battery fix didn't work so they said we could go buy a new battery (although no offer to compensate for that). The hot tub needed maintenance which we also mentioned right away but they didn't come and deal with that for two days which means one of the main reasons we booked this place was unusable for half our stay - and unfortunately it was the half that didn't include rain. Again, a meaningless apology but no offer to compensate us. The kitchen could use a few more things - there was nothing to flip eggs with, there was no cooking oil, no platters, and only one bowl bigger than a cereal bowl. We'd consider staying again if they had better property management.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed spending our labor day weekend in this fully equipped, spotlessly clean and secluded home near Ronald and Lake Cle Elum. The host was very helpful in accommodating extra cars in our group since many had to come on their own after work. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed at this house last year and we enjoyed our time as the house was set-up nicely for a group (there were 10 of us + kids) and was near the beach. This year, we ran into a few issues that will probably encourage us to look for another property in the future as the management company didn't resolve our concerns and I never got further follow-up. The main issues were water pressure and that things were a bit older and starting to either fall apart or just show wear and tear (xbox games all scratched and don't work, ping pong paddles broken or falling apart, patio table umbrella broken and unusable, bbq grill really dirty with built-up grime, etc.). As for the water pressure, 2 of the 3 bathrooms were unusable for most of the time because the water pressure was just too low and the faucets/shower heads would let out only a trickle of water. This is despite staggering showers and not using water elsewhere (dishwasher, washing machine). We relayed our concern to the property management company but they said there is nothing they can do. So, if you plan to visit this home be aware that you really only have 1 bathroom that puts out any usable water and you will not be given a credit or compensated to make up for this.Aside from these issues, the property management company was responsive and friendly, the property is in a great location, and we'd love to come back again in the future if these concerns were addressed.
