All was well.....dogs and children were a bit distracting, and loud at times....water pressure could have been better....unit was a little rough, but nice overall.....

Overall, this unit is a pretty good location to Historic St. Augustine if you want to avoid the crowds. Unit was much smaller than the pictures appear. TV and internet were very lackluster, could not get our TV channels after the first night and had to rely on random stuff we could access. Unit could use an updated higher toilet, and a dish drying rack you could stow. Although it says can sleep 4, you would find yourselves very cramped. Beach and pool were very nice.
