Everything was pretty good except the hot water heater. It was okay if you had been in the Navy and were used to 3 minute showers. I would recommend replacing the current hot water heater with an inline water heater. My wife was not able to simply wash her hair without running out of hot water. The water heater is too small. I get it that that size water heater was probably the size that came with the property, but an inline would serve you and your guests better. Other than that, the unit was very good.

The views in this condo are incredible! Loved the easy access to the ocean. Our balcony was right over the pool area. Remodeled bathroom with nice shower. In the future you may want to look into putting a heat source in the bedroom. We used their stand up fan to push heat from the living area to the bedroom. Bed was comfortable and king sized.

Overall, this unit is a pretty good location to Historic St. Augustine if you want to avoid the crowds. Unit was much smaller than the pictures appear. TV and internet were very lackluster, could not get our TV channels after the first night and had to rely on random stuff we could access. Unit could use an updated higher toilet, and a dish drying rack you could stow. Although it says can sleep 4, you would find yourselves very cramped. Beach and pool were very nice.
