About this apartment rental
Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Spacious Condo; Steps to Sunridge Tennis and Rec center(pool, tennis, pickleball,fitness center, volleyball, playground); minutes to Fenwick Island, Bethany and Ocean City Beaches.
Over 2,400 feet for your family to relax and spread out. Screened in porch overlooks pond and view of golfcourse; another private balcony off of master bedroom.
Includes: washer and dryer, 4 flat screen/smart TVs, gas fireplace, Keurig, Nespresso Vertuo, regular coffee machine, blender, toaster, crockpot, wireless internet(no cable, internet only).
Accessible through semi-private elevator.
Note:resort passes are not required to be purchased but are required to access the pools and other amenities. They are $115 per week for ages 5 and up or $65 for three consecutive days. 24 hours notice required for ordering, $5 per pass if needed less than 7 days in advance.
Linens are not included. You will have to bring your own or rent them.
If you want additional cleaning services, the charge is $175 per visit.
We have 8 beach chairs, umbrella, a beach cart, and kids beach toys available.
Upon booking a driver license will be required as well as a listing of the names of all people staying.
Smart lock keypad entry. We will provide you with your own personal key code to enter the property.
We are a pet free, non-smoking house. There is no smoking inside, on the deck, on the screened porch, in the hallway or outside the building. There is a $500 fine if you smoke or bring a pet.
Bayside Resort has live concerts at the Freeman Stage, a Health and Aquatic Center which has a heated 75 foot 5 Lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose and aerobics room and a fitness area with state of the art equipment for strength training and cardio.
Resort amenities, which a resort pass is required, include:
Sunridge pool:Sunridge is home to 2 swimming pools, one that is zero entry with fun waterfalls. It also has a hot tub, bar and a place to get food so you can relax there all day. Sunridge also has tennis, pickleball and basketball. Or bring your kids to the amazing playground.
Commons pool. The Commons pool has a kiddie pool, a free form pool and a hot tub.
Aquatic Center. The aquatic center has a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms (men's and women's) each with a sauna and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment.

A waterfront golf resort community that is close to the beach with amazing amenities, including a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, kids' splash zone, on-site snack & tiki bars, fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, stocked ponds, community pier, kayaking, paddle boarding, a new clubhouse with an amazing restaurant, an outside bar at the Point on the water with views of Ocean City.

My family had an amazing time at this wonderful condo. Michelle truly bent over backwards to make sure our family had a fantastic time and because of her quick responses to questions, tips and suggestions- we had one of our best vacations ever! The do do was huge for our family of four and outfitted with everything you can imagine. If you like tea or coffee- Michelle has you covered and for activities? We spent time at the pool, rode bikes, used the kayaks, tried pickleball for the first time and then went to several local beaches. We even darted down to Chincoteague for a pontoon boat ride where we saw dolphin, bald eagles and of course, wild ponies. It was a great vacation. Soooooo relaxing. Thank you Michelle for going above and beyond to I sure we all had such a memorable family vacation! 20 out of 10!!!!!

This condo was perfect for our yearly family vacation. It was so much larger than we expected so plenty of room to lounge, although we didn’t spend too much time indoors. It was clean and organized… Michelle thought of everything and was an awesome host. She definitely made our week so much easier and more enjoyable! The amenities at Bayside are awesome, and even if you decide to venture out- there are a ton of restaurants nearby. We definitely hope to stay again!

Michele made our stay so easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. The condo is spacious and immaculate. The kitchen has all the appliances, pots and pans, dishes, and the coffee set up is amazing.I loved the location. I had my 8 year old and 10 year old grandson while his parents worked remotely in the mornings. The pool was just across the street, along with pickleball and tennis courts. There were plenty of beach chairs in the garage along with bikes of all sizes. We biked to the point for lunch a couple of times.In the past our family has stayed in Rehoboth or Dewey. We may consider staying again next year at Bayside.
