Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living space where everyone can gather after a day at the beach or pool. Relax by the cozy gas fireplace in cooler months, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TVs, or unwind on the private screened porch with your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the spacious dining and living areas make it easy to spend quality time together.
A separate bonus flex room provides the perfect retreat for kids and teens, complete with a Smart TV, board games, card games, books, art supplies and extra space to relax after a fun-filled day.

Resort Fee: Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests 5+ for the use of the community's amenities.
Summer Season - May 16 to Sept 22
Weekly (7 Consecutive Day). $ 115 per person
3-Day Pass (3 Consecutive Day) $ 70 per person
Off Season - Jan 1 to May 15 & Sept 23 to Dec 31
Weekly (7 Consecutive Day). $ 70 per person
3-Day Pass (3 Consecutive Day) $ 45 per person
Please note: Amenity access is optional and is not required for your stay. If your party would like to use the community amenities, the HOA requires guests to purchase either a 3-day pass or a 7-day pass in advance.
Amenity passes are charged per person. Per the HOA, amenity pass payments are non-refundable. This is a separate HOA-related charge and is not included in the reservation total.
To complete registration, we will need to collect the required guest information, confirm the number of passes needed, and provide payment instructions. At this time, payment is completed through 3rd party and we will provide the payment details needed to process the amenity registration with the HOA.
A fee of $5 per pass will be charged for late requests or changes made with less than 7 days' notice of reservation date.
