Inside the Villa :
4 independant bedrooms with 4 bathrooms with private toilets.
Each bedroom is situated on a corner of the house so you can enjoy your space in complete privacy : 2 bedrooms with large windows overlooking the terrace of the pool, 1 bedroom with large window overlooking the terrace of the kitchen, facing the rising sun and the last one bedroom on the side of the garden with volcano view.
The integrated kitchen with induction plates and oven is south-east facing so you can take your breakfast facing the rising sun. The 2 dining rooms are equipped with quality exotic wood furniture.
The living room has a TV with international channels where you can relax on comfortable sofas.
Studious atmosphere in our space furnished with high tools, in front of the volcano where you can also work with your computer or whatever.
WIFI access throughout the house.
Outside the Villa :
The Pool 10m long and 1m40 deep is surrounded by a furnished terrace of 60m2 with sun loungers and garden furniture, ideal for sunbath and peace.
Our Roof terrace of 100m2 with a breathtaking 360-degree view of the volcanoes is well-protected from the prevailing wind. Ideal for relax and also, gym or yoga !
Private park for your cars, inside the property, totally closed.

We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks in July. The villa is spacious with lots of different areas to relax, be it eating outdoors next to the kitchen, sunbathing by the pool or relaxing on the balcony with lovely landscape views.
The villa is located in the centre of the town. This provides easy access to the decently sized supermarket and close to the main street with some nice cafes & restaurant. Lajares is arguably one of the nicer towns in FV.
There is ample parking for at least 3 cars with a security gate for protection.
However there are some things that we’d like to mention to make people aware of.
The swimming pool is a lot narrower than expected. The photos have been cleverly shot to make the pool wider than it really is. In fact the pool is no more than about 2 metres (6 feet) wide. It is more a narrow channel than a proper swimming pool.
The property is next door to a nursery/kindergarten. This at times did get noisy from about 9am to 3pm every weekday, although to be fair some days were quieter than others.
The internet is not as great as the website makes out. It consisted of a main modem/router and a WiFi extender. We found that the extender often disconnected from the main router which was quite frustrating at times.
At the time of writing the oven didn’t work. This was not fixed during our stay as the owner was waiting for the manufacturers to visit the island.
That all said, we did enjoy our stay at the villa and in FV, and would be happy to visit again in the future.
