Niente tutto perfetto

Die Lage des Hauses ist super, Sauberkeit top, Einrichtung geschmackvoll und vollständig incl. Küche. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub in dieser schönen Villa machen.

Die Übergabe fand innerhalb von 3 Minuten statt. Keinerlei Einweisung oder Erklärung der Einrichtung durch Gaia. Die Dame hatte Samstag nachmittag scheinbar Besseres vor. Die beschriebene kostenlose Poolheizung war leider nicht inclusive. Gaia verlangte 20 Euro pro Tag für das Einschalten. Der Pool hatte bei Ankunft 18 Grad! Erst nach Kontakt des Kundenservice von Booking.com, der die Angelegenheit mit dem Vermieter noch am gleichen Tag regelte, wurde die Poolheizung aktiviert. Vielen Dank an den Kundenservice von Booking.com! Nachdem die Poolheizung nun geklärt war, fühlte sich Gaia leider nicht mehr für uns zuständig! Keinerlei Antworten mehr auf Fragen (z.B. Toröffnung war defekt, funktionierte nur sporadisch oder Pumpe vom Pool lief trocken) Alles in allem war die Betreuung durch Gaia nicht bewertbar da "unterirdisch" Vielleicht liegt es nur daran, dass das Haus aktuell zum Verkauf steht. Das Foto im Anhang zeigt die genaue Lage des Hauses, da die angegebene Adresse leider falsch ist.

As many have said, the photos do not do the villa justice. It is absolutely beautiful and furnished to a very high standard. Although you have properties quite close by, you have privacy. Very comfortable beds and excellent showers. Owing to the pool having a cover, we were able to swim in March!

The location on Booking.com was wrong which meant we were looking for the house in the wrong place. If you plan on doing any cooking while you are there, be sure to visit the supermarket first so that you can get a supply of basics - tea, coffee, salt, pepper etc, none of which were provided. On the evening of our last day we lost water supply and although we got in touch with the property manager immediately, there was no communication about the issue until the following day but by then the water had come back on.
