Just 10 minutes from Porto-Vecchio and 20 minutes from Bonifacio, the bergerie is ideally placed for easy access, with the beach at Santa Giulia just 10 minutes away via a secondary country road.
La bergerie Sampiero sits comfortably in the heart of the countryside, overlooking a verdant valley and offering a wide-open, unobstructed view. Built using traditional methods and noble materials, the sheepfold exudes serenity and blends in perfectly with the wild landscape that surrounds it.
The house opens onto a beautiful living space with lounge and dining room, while the open-plan kitchen is arranged so as not to encroach on the living space. Two bedrooms, each with its own walk-in shower room, make up the night area. A laundry room and toilet complete the layout, for a total living area of 80 m2.
The outdoor area features a shaded terrace with panoramic views over the valley, where garden furniture lets you enjoy the peace and quiet. A pétanque court is available, as is a beautiful 7x3.5 m swimming pool with wooden decking and sun loungers. Salt-treated pool for added comfort, outdoor shower.

Set in a rural environment with beautiful roads and old trees, the house is close to a village with many services (bakery, restaurants/bar) and in close proximity to beautiful beaches in the south. Perfect for short trips to Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio.The house itself is very nice, spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a vacation. Pool has a great size and the garden and terrace offer impressive views over a stunning landscape at any time of the day. There are other holiday houses close by, but when we were there, we hardly noticed. Views are unobstructed, and I think everyone who goes there for a vacation wants to enjoy the quiet peaceful environment.Check in and communication were extremely smooth due to the host Karen, who was very friendly and responsive.Will definitely recommend this house to friends.

We loved the villa and nice view into the area.The villa is placed in a remote area, but you are also quite quick in Porto Vecchio or Palombaggia.- unfortunately there is NO shade provider (such as umbrella etc.) around the pool, which limited our stay at the pool area during the sunny day time. Additional there are only two sun loungers at the pool available (for a 2 bedroom accommodation)If this doesn’t bother you, you’ll have a excellent time being there…

It is a beautiful house. Everything we needed was there! However, there is only 1 toilet! In the photos in the advertisement you feel like you are completely alone in the world, but the reality is a bit different. The photos were taken before the construction of the 2 neighboring houses on the garden/terrace side! There are more houses around it, which meant we had less of a sense of privacy. Fortunately, there were quiet people in it! For us the vegetation is too low around the pool, which did not feel so free. The garden is very beautifully landscaped! And the view is phenomenal! The contact with Karen is very friendly and smooth!

Basically good but lacking in certain areas.
Only one toilet which is not mentioned in the details.
Kitchen poorly equipped. As a self catering holiday, there is little space to store food.
We had to request pool towels as there were none and were told that they do not normally supply them. We did receive 4.
However a well situated house with fabulous views and great skies at night.
