The semi-detached house measures 124 m², spans two floors, is spacious, stylish, and furnished with an eye for detail, and can accommodate up to 6 people. The open-concept living/dining area features a modern built-in kitchen that is fully equipped for self-catering.

The cozy living area, equipped with an LED TV, DVD player, and a stereo system, is perfect for relaxing evenings. The first floor also features an utility room with a washer and dryer, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The three bedrooms upstairs are furnished with double or single beds. Upon request only: We provide a high chair and a travel crib for our younger guests.
We have equipped the spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and towel warmer. The Kapitänshaus is heated ecologically according to low-energy standards using underfloor heating that does not rely on gas or oil.

On balmy evenings, the furnished terrace, with its floral accents and lawn, is perfect for barbecuing. Parking is available right next to the house. Bicycle rentals are available at the front desk.

The initial supply of towels and bed linens is included in the price. A linen change can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to use this service. Use of the beach (no visitor’s tax) is free of charge; the swimming pool at the campground (for a fee) is available, and you may participate in the free sports and entertainment program (high season only).
