This approximately 250-year-old thatched cottage is located in the small village of Dörphof, in the Schuby district.
Driving down a small private road, you’ll pass the village’s largest farmer, with his modern, large open barn for dairy cows (complete with a milk filling station!) and his impressive fleet of vehicles. At the end of the approximately 500-meter-long path, you’ll reach the idyllic setting itself: a small thatched-roof cottage in a secluded location, making it ideal for guests seeking peace and relaxation. The house is surrounded by meadows and fields, and the approximately 2,000-square-meter, unfenced garden features plenty of lawn and mature trees.
It’s about 3 km to the Baltic Sea beach.
The old thatched cottage offers 100 m² of living space and can accommodate 6–8 people. The house features a living room with a dining area and a fireplace, 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor (each sleeping 2 people), a small built-in kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor, and another small bathroom on the first floor. The first floor is accessible only via a steep staircase.
There is also a small, lockable outbuilding on the property for bicycles or similar items. The outbuilding also contains another large refrigerator with freezer drawers.
The approximately 2,000 m² property is not fenced and offers a magnificent view across the adjacent fields, where the occasional deer can be seen passing by.
Due to its secluded location, the house does not have Wi-Fi. Regular cell service is fine. There is enough space on the property for 2–3 cars.
