The Andros is our plus-sized 2-bedroom villa boasting nearly 1,400 square feet of livable space and amazing architectural details like vaulted ceilings throughout. The Andros includes a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sofa in the living room that opens into a queen-sized bed. Available with laminate flooring or full carpet throughout, our Andros villa is perfect for vacationers who have children. The Andros has a crib, a highchair, and two full bathrooms - the master bath has dual sinks, separate showers, and a tub. It also features a large and fully-equipped kitchen which has all major appliances and includes crockery, cookware, utensils, and glassware so you can stay in and have family meals in the dining area. Enjoy coffee, drinks and the views from one of your two screened balconies. Or, stretch out in the spacious living area and enjoy cable TV while washing clothes in the in-unit laundry room.

Great complex with 3 pools ,hot tub, pond, walking trails, hammocks.
Very isolated location so you will definitely need a car.
We enjoyed Bok Tower Gardens, Harry P. Leu Gardens and the art museum at the University of Central Florida. Each was about an hour away

Everything was great. The only 2 problems we had were the dryer and the shower handle not working properly. We called and they said they'd reimburse us a portion of what e aid for the inconvenience. The place was clean, big and stores and restaurants are only 13 mins away. I forgot a couple items in the unit and I'm still trying to talk to house keeping to find out if they found them. Overall it was a nice place for our family. I'd stay here again.

I will start with the Pros of this resort ..
The check in was easy, the front staff were super friendly, and the room was spacious and tidy.
The location is great - not too far from walmart, disney, and restaurants - but we had some issues...
1. There were lizards, frogs and a snail inside the suite- we called maintenance to come remove them - however, no one came.
2. The faucet in the kitchen started to leak - we called maintenance and someone came to take a look and said they will fix it the next day. The next day, someone else came to take a look, and said hell come back to fix it - and no one came.
3. The pool is nice, but its not too big.
4. The people who were staying above us were so incredibly loud - we heard footsteps ALL day long from 7 am - midnight (one of the nights i had to call security to ask them to keep it down)
5. The grounds were nicely kept and renovated however the suite itself was outdated.
We had a great vacation as we didn't spend too much time indoors; however we probably wont stay here again.
