The most spacious of all our properties, the Gran Bahama villas offer more than 1,700 square feet of living area, perfect for larger families looking for accommodation near the Magic Kingdom. This villa boasts a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, along with a queen-sized bed in the first guest bedroom and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. There is also a queen-sized sofabed in the living area. Each unit includes a highchair and portable play yard, for families travelling with infants. The Gran Bahama villas also feature two full bathrooms - with the master bath featuring dual sinks and a separate tub and shower. With a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry room, the Gran Bahama Villa has all the conveniences of home combined with all the amenities of a resort. So whether you start your day off with a coffee on the screened-in balcony of your villa, a swim in one of Bahama Bay's four pools, or a walk around the beautifully maintained grounds...Bahama Bay is an ideal location for your next Orlando vacation.

This was my family's 3rd time staying at Bahama Bay. Check-in and out was easy. The app was helpful. The grounds were clean. We had a really great time. Kitchen for breakfast and lunch had everything you need. Beds were comfortable. The suite we stayed in is starting to show some age. Nothing that some paint, calk, and small updates can't dramatically improve. The dishwasher not working was the only issue we had with the unit. We did not receive any feedback after we called it in. Not even sure if maintatence had come to look at. I place this comment to give Vacasa a nudge to keep the standards high as this is a perfectly located place to the WDW parks, with lots of local and mainstream restuarants. We will be back for sure.

The property exactly as pictured! It was clean spacious and comfortable. Grandkids loved the pools!

Mostly a nice stay, however, when choosing a lodging option, when selecting a individual condo we do so that there are more “at home” amenities - kitchen utensils, sheets, towels etc. This location Had minimal amounts, and did not offer to the level we’d prefer. As it was it I would just pick to stay at a hotel in the future.
The pluses: plenty of room for our group - table space, sitting space at TV, etc.
The resort area has several pool options which were nice. The condo and surrounding areas were clean. Parking was easy/available.
Issues we faced:
The a/c and refrigerator/ freezer were not turned on early enough before our visit and therefor the first night was uncomfortable until 3am when the A/C took hold. Same with the refrigerator/freezer the second day forward things were fine but when you get groceries to start a stay you’d want them immediately refrigerated.
The pullout couch was unusable as it had been previously damaged which also made the left seat area on the couch sink in uncomfortably. Luckily we did not require that extra sleeping but wanted to give our kids a slumber party night and we were unable.
At the pool near the beach/lake area the bathrooms were atrocious and had not been cleaned or looked after for some time.
