The Space:
Step into the inviting interior of Family Ties at Bahama Bay, where you'll find a spacious tropical living room seamlessly connected to a breezy open kitchen area. Sink into plush sofa seating, ideal for cozy gatherings around the smart TV for movie nights with loved ones. Through the sliding glass door, discover the screened-in patio overlooking the serene pond, providing a peaceful setting for lounging and dining. Don't forget the dining table, comfortably seating 6 for enjoyable meals after exploring nearby attractions, along with kitchen counter seating for 4, perfect for casual gatherings.
The bright kitchen area features gleaming granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and crisp white cabinetry. Fully equipped with dishes and cookware, it's the perfect space to whip up culinary masterpieces at home. Nearby, a convenient coffee bar awaits, complete with both single-serve and drip coffee makers, ideal for brewing a delightful pick-me-up any time of day.
This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full sized sofa sleeper in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king sized bed, Smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with separated shower & tub.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen sized bed, Smart TV, and attached bathroom (connected to the hall) with separated shower & tub.
Bedroom #3 is Mickey Mouse themed and includes 2 cozy twin beds and a Smart TV.
Both the king and queen bedrooms offer private sliding door access to separate balconies with seating.
HOUSE RULES:
• This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
• Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
• Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in unit.
• This unit is located on the 3rd floor.
• Parking lot parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.
• Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.
Guests have access to all outdoor resort amenities including pools, hot tubs, beach area, pier, and recreational courts.
Access to the clubhouse building and all indoor amenities (including fitness center, business center, and front desk services) is NOT included.

We love staying at Bahama Bay Resort. This is our 4th time to stay at the resort and our 3rd condo to stay in. The resort is always great with beautiful landscaping, nice pools, and great location. If you’re looking for nearby restaurants to eat in or take out,I highly suggest Adlers for the best burgers and Thailicious for great Thai food!This condo was very clean with nice countertops and pretty good kitchen utensils. I liked the wood vinyl floors throughout. The queen bed had a nice mattress but the other 3 mattress were too firm and uncomfortable. The sheets on the king size bed were pilling so bad that I called the customer care number after the first night of scratchy sheet sleeping and requested a different pair of sheets. The representative said they would drop off the sheets at the door. Hours later there were still no sheets so I ended up buying some for us to use for the week. The sheets never showed up.I did like the hot water heater. Hot water lasted through all 5 of our family members taking showers so that was great. But the shower heads in the bathrooms don’t produce much water flow so that was frustrating.Overall, a nice condo but better mattresses, new sheets, different shower heads, and a better answering service with better customer care would make it 5 stars. We’ll probably choose a different condo at Bahama Bay next time.

Everything was just perfect! From booking the "Family Ties" accommodation through VRBO to the whole experience while we were there was excellent. The VRBO ad provided lots of detail and up-to-date pictures such that there were no surprises. The property owners actually have a property management company, Grand Welcome, take care of all the administration. Their process was very professional, easy to navigate, and they were available 24/7 to resolve any issues by phone, text, or email. It was a little intimidating at first to read through the legal contract (it wasn't too long) and provide identification via a 3rd party security firm, but we understand that the owners need to feel their property is safe from untrustworthy renters as much as we as renters need to feel safe both personally and financially from unscrupulous owners. While there, we enjoyed the spacious and comfortable 3 bdrm/2 full bath rental complete with washer/dryer and a full kitchen with appliances, cutlery, cookware and dinnerware. Extremely clean when we arrived. They also provided a variety of essentials: small amounts of soap for washing clothes, washing dishes, tea towels, towels for the pool, toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. The resort itself is awesome with multiple pools, games areas, kids splashpad, an onsite restaurant and entertainment and close to Disney and Universal Studios. A fellow vacationer we met there said they preferred BBR over other nearby resorts. Book it!
