Perfect base for a ski holiday, great for a family of 4, easy access to ski slopes in Avoriaz ......

Keys collected from a lock box, explained in a mail prior to arrival - very simple, accomadation was simple and perfect for a family skiing holiday as located 500m from the Prodains Lift for easy access to Avoriaz - Make sure you get a locker at the top for the week and no lugging ski gear (you'll thank me for that) .... drive from Geneva is 1hr 45mins - straight forward - we were lucky as not a single flake of snow fell for the journey in or out .....

€20 per person for linen is a bit of a joke in this day and age, plus the €200 cash deposit - only that we were expecting it made sure we were prepared and had cash, 3 bed rooms is a bit of stretch more like 2.5 .... I've seen other reviews noting the stairs are tricky .... you wouldnt let a 3 year old up / down the stairs on their own, however I had 2 teenagers so not a bother for them .....

Great apartment, comfortable, well equipped with plenty of space, bonus parking even though the listing states no parking, great location close to Les prodains lift

Noise from apartment upstairs was very intrusive, wooden stairs and floors, scraping chairs and heavy footsteps, disturbed us late at night

Misleading to say there were 3 bedrooms. There were only 2 bedrooms and a tiny closet with a bed not even seperated with a door. It was also more expensive than advertised with hidden taxes payable on arrival.

An enjoyable stay in a nice apartment - thank you.

It was very well located and clean on arrival. The basement was convenient for ski storage. The best thing was the balcony, which has an amazing view over the mountains!

It would be better to have bedding and towels provided (with cost included in the price of rental).

After reading a couple mixed reviews, I was pleasantly surprised with the sleeping situation. As much room as advertised. Location is good and close to lifts.

good amount of space. dishwasher and bath v useful. close to road. no noise.

not clear that it is a 15mins walk to prodaine lift. car would have been easier or staying close to bus stop. dishes all need cleaning on arrival. only one dustbin bag, 5 dishwasher tablets for a family of 4 for 10 days. power cut in the evening one night caused some concern but was fixed quite quickly. I thought we would get the door code and explanation of how to enter the property prior to arrival but had to phone on arrival. landlady was polite and helpful. not able to ski to door at Easter unfortunately. a ski locker at ground floor level would be helpful.

Nice for family with adolescents.

Location is great, easygoing concierge. We managed for a week with 5 adults...

We thought this would be good for more than 2 adults. There is one real bedroom with a double bed. The other beds are in a mezzanine with just one very high up velux, so really hot, not enough space for to sit on the beds, the third "room" is on the sight of the mezzanine, really small entree and small bed. No window. So mainly good for not too small children since the stairs to go up are very steep. There is a couch in the living room you can sleep on, the vmc was very noisy. Only one Vacuumcleaner and raclette/fondue stuff for 4 appartments! You have to reserve your time slot!

leuk gezellig appartement op een goede locatie, beheerder reageerde ook steeds snel op berichtjes

er waren best veel “stukjes uit” mokken, weinig glaswerk en veel stofdraden. douchewater loopt niet goed weg waardoor de vloer vaak helemaal nat werd
