De locatie was uitstekend en zeer gunstig gelegen. Het appartement had een goede grootte en bood voldoende ruimte om comfortabel te verblijven. Alle basisfaciliteiten waren aanwezig, waardoor het verblijf praktisch en functioneel was.
Het appartement lijkt al ongeveer 20 jaar niet gerenoveerd te zijn en is duidelijk verouderd. De hygiëne liet te wensen over, wat het comfort negatief beïnvloedde. Daarnaast stond er in de advertentie vermeld dat er een zwembad aanwezig was binnen het complex, maar dit is al vijf jaar buiten werking, wat misleidend overkomt.
