The house and the yard look like they came straight out of a fairytale and are a phenomenal place for a vacation. We were welcomed with gifts—a fruit basket, wine, Greek ouzo, local (traditional) sweets and snacks, as well as complimentary stay essentials (slippers, shower amenities, etc.). This speaks volumes about the hospitality of the hosts, who were available at all times for any questions via messages. Entry to the house is via a keypad code, so you don’t need a physical key and never have to worry about losing it. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, surrounded by greenery, offering absolute peace and quiet both during the day and at night. It is also an excellent base if you plan to rent a car to explore the southern part and most of the rest of the island. The house is equipped with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, down to the smallest details. The living room and both bedrooms have air conditioning (all three units can run simultaneously). The lighting in the rooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, on the terrace, and around the house is both highly functional and aesthetically tasteful. The bathroom is stocked with clean towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, air freshener, and even cotton swabs and makeup remover pads. There is a laundry basket in front of the bathroom, and a washing machine located in the kitchen. The bedrooms offer plenty of storage space in wardrobe drawers and on hangers. You also have an iron and an ironing board. All windows and doors have roller shutters and mosquito nets. In the living room, there are plenty of books, a large TV, and a router providing excellent Wi-Fi throughout the house at all times.

These are very minor remarks that did not affect our stay in this phenomenal house. The kitchen sink is missing a swivel aerator—currently, the faucet splashes water onto the surrounding countertops, and it is very difficult to control the strong water pressure. The placement of the sink in relation to the stove and countertop isn't the most logical; it requires more counter space before and after the sink. The bathroom sink faucets are not in the best condition (the cold water tap is very hard to turn on and off). Tiny ants appeared in the bread box, so we ended up keeping our bread and pastries in the unplugged microwave, as it was the safest place. The outdoor shower only has cold water, but that actually isn't so bad for cooling off from the heat during the day. I repeat, these are minor complaints compared to the immense enjoyment this house can provide!

We had a perfect holiday! Everything in the house was thought out down to the smallest detail: spices, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, coffee, tea – everything you could possibly need. The house is very cozy, filled with candles, cushions, and lovely decorative touches. The hosts were wonderful, and upon arrival we were greeted with welcome gifts, which was such a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this place!

Sehr gute ruhige Lage mit Meerblick, wenige Schritte zum Strand, in zehn Minuten zum Ortszentrum mit Restaurants. Apotheke, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, touristische Ziele im Süden von Rhodos schnell erreichbar, gute Ausstattung in der Küche und auf der Terrasse, zur Begrüßung Getränke, Gebäck, Obst…

Im Bad mehr Haken und Ablagemöglichkeiten wäre wünschenswert. Im Wohnraum keine Möglichkeiten, sich zu Viert an einen Tisch zu setzen
