Casa Maritina Gennadi Traditional House

Tina’s house is located in a small and nice village Gennadi however it everything you need for the comfort stay- cute restaurants, supermarket, fruit&veg shop, amazing bakery super close by. Gennadi is small but also has amazing parties with both international and Greek live music and the whole street is literally dancing together 🩷 the house itself is super cute- it’s and old house from 40s which was greatly renovated but still has some vintage furniture and details which makes it even more charming. You have two big bedrooms with super comfortable beds and also sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need for a long term stay. There is an internal garden with table to eat outside and place to relax under the charming Frangipani tree just in the middle of the garden. Tina is an amazing host- very friendly, flexible, helpful and in general a great person you can chat with about anything 💙 I recommend this place 100%

Everything was great 😊

Ein wirklich schönes Haus, komfortabel ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es gab Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und einen Fön und in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer gute, leise Klimaanlagen. An den Fenster waren überall Moskitonetze angebracht. Die Betten waren auch sehr komfortabel. Super auch die Lage, zum nicht überlaufenen Ortsstrand geht man in wenigen Minuten den Hang hinunter, Bäcker, Supermarkt und viele Tavernen sind auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Hören tut man von alledem nichts. Im übrigen ist Gennadi verschont vom Massentourismus, es ist sehr sauber, die Bewohner freundlich und alle Tavernen in denen wir gegessen haben waren ausgezeichnet. Vielen Dank auch an Tina, die steht‘s schnellstens erreichbar war und uns super Tipps gab.

I would give it an 11 if I could! The house is amazing, the garden is beautiful, well maintained, natural shade, lots of toys for the kids, an outdoor shower, a barbecue... also the inside...a beautiful old house, nicely decorated, clean and spacious with everything you need and more, also a really short walk from Gennadi beach (great beach by the way and just the opposite of crowded). But most importantly...Tina! She is an amazing host! She gave us so many treats (home made jam, a really tasty Greek salad, figs, honey, cookies, etc.), recommended great restaurants, beaches, things to do...was always available for questions and was just a delightful person to meet! We had an amazing holiday, largely due to Tina!

Absolutely loved this traditional Greek house! Loads of space, well equipped kitchen and a huge shaded courtyard to relax in and BBQ. Delightful hosts generous with figs, cookies etc. Two minute walk to cafes, tavernas, supermarket and bakery. Walk or very short drive to Gennadi beach. Would definitely book again.
