Apartment “Buck - Sittnerhof” with Mountain View, Pool, Terrace & Garden

The cosy and lovely furnished chalet-style apartment “Buck”, which is part of the “Sittnerhof” apartments in a historical farm house, is situated idyllically in the vineyards on the outskirts of Merano (Meran) and is ideal for relaxing holidays close to many spas and the scenic mountain landscapes of South Tyrol and the Passeier Valley (Val Passiria). The 44 m² apartment consists of a living room with a leather couch, a dinner table and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with an additional sofa bed for one person) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a safe and cable/satellite television. A baby cot, children's bed and a highchair are available on request. You can start the day with coffee on the private sun terrace with seating furniture and nice views of the surrounding mountains. The communal outdoor area also offers a garden, terrace areas and a little pool (12m x 6m x 1.40 m and not heated) that is open from May to mid September. A supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, cafés and restaurants are all within 10-12 minutes on foot (750-850m) from the property. You can get to the charming centre of Meran (Merano) in 15 minutes on foot, where you can enjoy the many cafés, shops and the lovely architecture. The famous spa and thermal bath complex “Therme Meran” in the centre invites you to relax and discover the many pools, saunas and recreational facilities. There are several cable cars to the surrounding mountain tops within 15-20 minutes by car (8-10 km) from the apartment, and in winter you can go skiing at the “Meran 2000” skiing area after a mere 15-minute drive (7 km), while plenty of great hiking and cycling routes start basically at the front door. Bolzano (Bozen), South Tyrol’s vibrant capital, lies a 32-minute drive (34 km) south of Meran (Merano).
