Le Petit Palü Sevilla

Accommodation was simple and comfortable and extremely clean. The room was spacious for the price. The aircon was a godsend and having a small fridge was a bonus. The hallways and stairs are very clean and pleasant. I was lucky to have a ground floor room as there is no lift so a bit tricky if you have heavy luggage. The location is perfect for exploring Seville.

No lift but that is to be expected in an old property

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it an ideal place to relax and rest. The location is excellent, right in the city centre, with everything within easy walking distance.

The hotel Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to use the internet.

Easily accessible to different parts of town though a bit farther out from the tourist center. Most places in Seville are walkable anyway due to limited transport in the city center.

I didn't realize there was a check-in process. I didn't see the e-mail right away because I was already traveling so I had limited access to my e-mails. I also thought the property was a hotel where we could store bags before/after check-in/out.

Well located and clean

Information for the check-in is not complete. We thought we were booking a regular hotel/apartment where the owner or a staff member would at least show up to let us know how things work. Instead, we arrived to the hotel a few hours before the check-in, hoping that someone would take our bags so that we can go around the city but found nothing. There was no one there to help us. No one answering the phones and no one answering text via Booking.com or WhatsApp (they didn’t answer but only 30 minutes before the check-in). We got lucky that someone that was already staying there opened up and gave us information about how things worked. The other thing that we didn’t like was that the terrace was about the same size of the room, which was tiny. When we tried to open the door, we thought someone was inside because we couldn’t open the door properly, the bed was in the way. There is no space in the room for the door to open. If I had a bigger bag I don’t think it would fit in.
