room was wonderful. we took one without see view and hand sun each evening. perfect condition for balcony usage. room had separate bathroom and wc - very comfortable for families. bed was wonderful as well. placement is perfect - plenty of restaurants and street food downstairs as well as ordinary grocery shop

towel dryer was switched of so towels couldn’t be reused. ventilation in bathroom din’t worked properly or we didn’t found proper switch..

The view was amazing. The local eateries were good. It is a beachfront property with great trails to walk.

It was difficult to get reservations at the restaurants in the hotel. Parking is about a 10 minute walk away but there is a shuttle.

Resort, they have a bar where you can smoke indoors.

Vikings, all vikings. Nice beach to take a stroll. Weather was windy, everything outdoor was closed down so I had the place pretty much to my self. Fast Wi-Fi.

Didn’t do enough research before I came, it’s a huge resort. And priced thereafter. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, you get a time slot before or after 9:30.

NIce hotel. Keep away from Mare Mare Spa!

Hotel has highly improved after the modernization. Breakfast had all that was needed. Cleaning of the table was fast though there have been many people.

Issues during check in and during the stay in the room. Slow response from staff. Mare Mare spa needs renovation. Cold or broken showers. Now control who is going in and out, so no corona control either...

The check-in was the worst I ever experienced. One wold have to wait more then 1 hour for the check-in o Friday afternoon, so we came back later in the evening.

In 3 days i was not at inside pool because the the people wait 1 or 2 hours in front of the pool to go inside! Only thr activities for kids are open and bikes!

Fun and relax

Hotel has everything to have fun and relax, sauna, pool, beach, restaurants very close, live music, bycicles, stores, decoration, my room had a nice view of the see. Room very confortable. Hotel has a good buffet for breakfast too. There is a blackboard with activities for the whole week that guests can join. Friendly and kind employees.

There was no shampoo, conditioner for hair, neither shower cap . Best regards.

Considering Covid it was very pleasant, I imagine much better in normal times, but we felt very safe. Restaurant was impossible to book due to covid restrictions, it was open but with limited opertunities.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war mehr ein Blick auf Rasen und das angelegene Restaurantdach, das war schade.

Der Zugang vom großen Parkplatz aus war sehr verwirrend. Keine Beschilderung, wir mussten uns bei den Reha-Gästen durchfragen. Leider gab es direkt am Resort nur ein geöffnetes Restaurant mit Buffet zur Auswahl. Das lag vermutlich an der Nebensaison, das Essen hat uns leider überhaupt nicht geschmeckt.

Das Frühtücksbuffet (in der Buchung enthalten) war eigentlich sehr vielseitig und auch alles da. Die Wurstsorten waren nicht unbedingt sehr edel, eher von der Art Discounter abgepackt, aber für so viele Gäste ist auch nicht mehr erwartbar. Großer Speisesaal und Massenabfertigung. Wenn man jemanden von Außen mitnehmen will, kostet das Büffet 28 Euro, das finde ich nicht adäquat. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und ein bequemes Bett. Das Bad war mehr als schön, eine große begehbare Dusche und sehr geschmackvolle Steinwaschbecken. Heizungen können für Hotelzimmer und Bad getrennt über ein im Zimmer liegendes Tablet gesteuert werden. Vom 9. Stock hatte ich einen fantastischen Blick über das Land. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und ich würde auch gerne wiederkommen. Viele waren mit ihren Hunden da, also für Hundebesitzer auch ein empfehlenswerter Ort.

Die Fahstühle. Fahren oft an einem vorbei, obwohl Knopf richtig gedrückt und Kabinen nicht überfüllt (fassen wohl bis 13 Menschen) . Dann läuft man die 9 Stockwerke eben über die Treppe hinunter. Geht schneller.

Trotz regnerischem, stürmischem Herbstwetter ein paar erholsame Tage.

Das Hotel ist mit 13 Etagen schon ein recht großer Bau. Die Wartezeiten an den 3 Fahrstühlen waren akzeptabel. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Einrichtung ist ok. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Restaurant Spitzbergen war das morgendliche Frühstück und der kalte Teil des Abendbuffets sehr gut. Im Restaurant Isfjord ist die Speisekarte klein aber die Gerichte sind geschmacklich sehr gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam.

Das Restaurant Spitzbergen war bei späterem Frühstück total überfüllt. Freie Plätze waren nur mit Wartezeiten zu finden. Es war sehr laut und unruhig. Das Abendbuffet war in 2 Essenszeiten aufgeteilt. Der warme Teil das Buffets hat uns nicht geschmeckt und entspricht nicht der Qualität eines Restaurants in einem 4 * Hotel.

Tolles Zimmer, schöne Sauna, aber unterirdischer Frühstücksraum

Das Zimmer war super, die Sauna auch. Leider war das Bett extrem weich und der Frühstücksraum erinnerte eher an eine Jugendherberge. Billig eingerichtet, sehr laut, extrem voll, alles andere als eine zum Hotel passende Lösung. Sehr schade.

Leider enttäuscht

Direkte Lage am Strand

Reinigung nur alle 3Tage, Nachschub für Toilettenpapier muss man sich besorgen. Viel Staub in der Luft. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Völlig überteuertes Abendessen. Für35 € gab es z. B. halbe (Discounter) Frikadellen und matschig gekochtes Gemüse. Wir waren jetzt das 4. Mal dort, aber nach der Veränderung war es das wohl.
