Overall a lovely property to have a great holiday, family or with friends, very quiet and relaxing, owners on hand if needed. 👌

Not great to get back from town with the hills/roads but not an overall concern as there is a taxi rank available at the sea front 👍..could really do with an update of kitchen ware ( sharp knives) and possibly black out blinds or curtains but this is no reflection on our stay 😁 amd will definitely visit again.

My son and I enjoyed our stay very much. We often visit Torquay to see friends and would definitely consider booking this property again. The house is in a small quiet street. The owners sent a welcome message and responded promptly to any queries we had. Very comfortable, clean, well equipped…..a nice home from home

How homely, secure, friendly neighbours, close to sea, family friendly and the list goes on. We had an amazing night and can't wait to return for longer!.

This holiday home stands out with its beautiful layout, blending modern design with spotless cleanliness for a it was a truly relaxing getaway. The Spacious bedrooms provided a comfortable retreat, while the open-plan kitchen and lounge were inviting for social interactions—perfect for keeping conversations flowing or enjoying entertainment as we prepared meals. The generous bathroom space further enhanced the comfort, making every aspect of our stay both luxurious and homey.

The property include ineffective white day & night blinds in the bedroom that don't block out light, affecting sleep. Additionally, the advertised sea view is limited, the sea view is not as accessible or expansive as i had hoped. It can only be seen from the bedroom window at a distance, and a clearer view requires going outside onto the road. It's a very steep walk if you decide to walk into town definitely need a car. Not for the faint hearted.
