Great location, the house was very spacious, clean and well maintained. A fully equiped kitchen that had plenty of utensils and crockery. The garden was really great, enclosed and pet friendly for our dogs. The front had penty of space for our cars, although for large cars, there was a knack getting through the gated entrance but we worked
that out. A wonderful view of the estury from this properly which was great. The train line across the road from the property was not an issue for us nor did it spoil our enjoyment of the property either.
Overall very happy and would return and highly recommend this place.
Just one thing only I found the bed OK but not as comfortable as it could be.

Location, easy to walk into Grange-over-Sands, where there were plenty of food and drink options; the property itself was perfectly spacious for a couple with a 16-month-old; amenities in good working order; others had commented on not being clean enough but no problems for us; beds very comfortable; small point but for me it's always great when there's a pint glass with a handle on it !
Property was badly let down by Sykes and Signature Concierge (who maintain the property). 13 emails after booking it, but not one answered my question (will/could there be a high chair?). Got invited to go onto the Portal, but my booking wasn't recognised. Advised to contact friendly customer team, but first option I tried the auto message cut me off. The second option's auto message said try WhatsApp or text. Finally got a WhatsApp response ('no, is there anything else?'). Fed that back to Sykes, no response. The property had a flickering light in the kitchen which would have probably upset someone with epilepsy, and the requirement to put linen into the Ikea bags couldn't be complied with because there weren't any, and the need to put the recycling into Blue Bin 1 and Blue Bin 2 couldn't be met because the unnumbered bins were black. You have to take pictures and email Signature within 24 hours. I did this, twice. Got no response. Got hold of Sykes, who (quickly) got back to me to say Signature don't bother with things like that light, and just leave linen in the bath. Not a good first impression, and poor customer focus. Others commented upon the negative aspects if you don't adhere to the rules...
