This former farmhouse, situated in a quiet location, has been completely renovated and offers 80 m² of space for 7 to 9 people. The vacation home is exclusively yours and is equipped with central heating.
Surrounded by nature, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Our Valley with a glimpse of Luxembourg. Enjoy a vacation far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The idyllic village of Preischeid is situated on a hill and offers panoramic views of the landscape of the German-Luxembourg Nature Park. Here, your children can run around to their heart’s content, and boredom becomes a thing of the past.
Discover your favorite spot! A large lawn for sunbathing, a barbecue area for hearty grill nights, and plenty of space for the kids to play with swings, a sandbox, and a treehouse.

Arzfeld municipal visitor’s fee: €1 per person per day

Arzfeld municipal visitor’s tax: €1 per person/day. In June, July, August, bookings are only available on a weekly basis. Otherwise, the minimum stay is 5 nights. Shorter stays are possible only upon request.

Bauernhaus mit in die Jahre gekommenen Inventar (insbesondere die Küche). Leider im gesamten ungepflegtes Innenleben. Ausstattung gut. Für sechs Personen zwar zum Schlafen geeignet - dann wird’s jedoch zum Essen am Tisch eng. Zwei sehr kleine Bäder jeweils mit Dusche. Leider auch nachlässig gereinigt (Boden, Decke mit Staubspinnweben, an den Deckenlampen hingen tote Fliegen). Auch in einem Schlafzimmer viele Staubspinnweben an der Holzverkleidung sowie unter Decke. Durch die Nähe von Tieren (Kühen) im Außenbereich gab es sehr viele Fliegen. Da könnte man mehr draus machen, dann würden wir auch wiederkommen. Denn als Startpunkt für Motorradtouren in alle Richtungen ist der Ort sehr gut geeignet. Inhaber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Lage; weite Anfahrt für Einkaufsmöglichkeit einrechnen. Zu Fuß oder mit Fahrrad wird’s ne Tagestour!
