Przepięknie urządzony apartament, przestronny. Wygodna kanapa, poduszki. 3 różne stoliki (forma jadalni w salonie, mały śniadaniowy stolik w kuchni, stolik "kawowy" przy kanapie). Świeczki tworzące klimat. Zmywarka. Ekspres do kawy kapsułkowy, spieniacz do mleka. Wygodne małżeńskie łóżko. Zasłony zaciemniające. Duży prysznic. Ręczniki. W pobliżu apartamentu kościół, przyjemne kawiarnie i restauracje, park zdrojowy, apteki, parking.
Brak rolet/zasłon w 2 oknach (w pozostałych były). Przerażająca klatka schodowa, paląca papierosy sąsiadka z naprzeciwka.
