Fair and friendly
Warm welcome staff friendly and polite hotel room good value for money and was quite. pub part food and drinks was average price. Would consider staying again in peak season
Hotel room plenty of sockets near the kettle area but no sockets near the bed. Room was hot or cold no control but they did supply and electric heating fan just incase.

Amazing hotel
Loved the location. Our room had a balcony which looked out ontp fantasy island which was amazing and we could see the sun rise in the morning. We was room 40.
Unfortunately at the time.of booking they were experiencing issues with boiler so at night it went very cold but that was out of their control and we was warned when we arrived about it , but that was the only downside and the free WiFi did not react our room so we couldn't access .

I know it's the winter, but everything in the town was closed up! I had to drive 5-miles for food.
No breakfast available for guests
There was no breakfast! The pub closed at 6pm (No evening meal) and was due to reopen at 12 noon the following day (No breakfast) No facilities/restaurant. Door to hotel was smashed. No member of staff on premises out of hours. No one answered the security phone number. Not very nice.

Everything from the first step into there staff was extremely helpful place was spotless the room was excellent x2 toilets the shower was very good , the room was warm when we walked in which was very nice and loads of room and storage easy to check in and out , the bar staff even booked us a taxi to go town and told us where was open etc very helpful full , this hotel & bar deserves 10 stars as everything was very nice
all was amazing and the car park was good too ole ty of room to park my van , there is nothing too complain about at all
