Riad Bourguignon - location vacance

The Riad's rooms are simple, spacious, friendly and practical. You will find one on the ground floor with a bed of 160 x 200. You will also find a convertible sofa bed in the living room / lounge. Upstairs, the gîte has a bedroom with a bed of 160 x 200, a bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 190, and a dormitory room ideal for children, consisting of three beds (including a sofa bed) of 140 x 190 and a single bed of 80 x 190. An umbrella bed for babies is also available.
Ideally located between the medieval site of Guédelon and Auxerre.

In a hamlet (180 km from Paris), detached house adjoining the owner's holiday home. The ground floor comprises: a conservatory/lounge opening onto a terrace, a kitchen, a lounge with sofa, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a shower room, a separate toilet and a utility room. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and 1 dormitory (1 bed 160 x 200, 2 beds 90 x 190, 1 bed 140 x 190, 1 bed 80 x 190, 1 convertible bed 140 x 190, 1 bed 140 x 190), various baby equipment (1 cot, 1 high chair, etc.), a shower room and separate WC. The gîte sleeps 8 (or more if there are children - contact the owner directly).

Riad Bourguignon has 2000 m2 of enclosed grounds, an outdoor Provençal fountain, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Close to Auxerre, Saint Fargeau and its château, Vézelay and its basilica, Saint-Sauveur, home of Colette, and the medieval site of Guédelon.

2 NIGHTS MINIMUM

Children : Children under 2 can stay free of charge.

Pets : Pets are accepted (20 kg maximum) 10 € per night and per pet.

It is forbidden to park in the courtyard of the gîte. Parking spaces are available in front of the gate (possibility of parking 3 cars along the wall).
