Absolutely charming, this little efficiency apartment is perfect for a couple or small family. Overlooking the pool and just steps to the beach, it has a kitchen, sitting/dining area, bedroom, and bath. The apartment offers A/C, a TV, and 1st come, 1st serve parking in an adjacent lot. Located on the bottom level of a townhouse that is rented separately, it is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed.

I really enjoyed this place for its location to the beach, the price of stay, and the property owners were nice. I loved having pool access. There were a few issues though- you can hear literally everything from the neighbors above. Every word, every footstep. Their garage is adjacent to the bedroom, so be prepared to wake up when the neighbors do. There is a slight moldy smell and a feeling of dampness. The dishwasher overflowed, and I spent a long time mopping up the lake that formed on the floor and also couldn’t use it for the remainder of our stay.
