On the outskirts of Laval, this cottage is a true haven of peace with its 1000 m² of wooded grounds, its 7300 m² pond, its animals (ponies and a donkey), and its amenities (swing set, pétanque court, etc.).
You will enjoy the tranquility and exceptional views of the verdant Mayenne countryside.
The private pond, located 330 meters from the cottage, is stocked with carp, roach, and tench – a fisherman's paradise! As an added bonus, there is an annex next to the cottage equipped with a sink and refrigerator, ideal for storing and preparing fish.
Looking for entertainment? The town of Laval is just 10 minutes away, offering shops, museums, attractions, and activities all year round. Local services and shops are available in Louverné (3.5 km), along with numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. The Val de Jouanne leisure park, offering pedal boat rentals, is 7 km away. The Saulges climbing site is 20 km away, a golf course is 10 km away, and the Gallo-Roman site of Jublains is 30 km away.
