Welcome to Unit 7 in Oceanic, your perfect beachside escape designed for relaxation and comfort. This inviting unit comfortably sleeps four guests and offers:
Stunning ocean views over Kings Beach, the shipping lanes, and out towards Moreton Island
Located on the 3rd floor with convenient lift access
Private balcony to unwind and soak in the gorgeous vistas
Bright living area featuring a large grey L-shaped sofa
Two bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable Queen bed and tropical-print duvets
Bedrooms feature white plantation shutters for light control and privacy
One clean, functional bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet
Open-plan kitchen with modern appliances, white cabinetry, and a tiled floor
Kitchen amenities include a dishwasher and microwave
Entertainment: TV & DVD player
Laundry facilities: Washing machine and dryer
Comfort: Ceiling fans and fly screens ensure comfortable ocean breezes throughout

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Please note that as per Body Corporate rules, smoking on Unit balconies or in the complex common areas, which includes the driveway is not permitted, as this complex is a Non Smoking complex.

Single lock up garage.

Unit 7 and all its private amenities
A shared outdoor swimming pool within the complex, perfect for a refreshing dip
A private single lock-up garage for secure storage of your vehicle

Good location as very close to the beach and shops. Parking is an issue. Be prepared to walk or take a bus. Good view from balcony.
