Epic stay in a lovely place

Absolutely loved this place and pretty much everything about it ... The owner Sophie was lovely and also showed us her other appt next door to this one, which has 4 bedrooms and is just epic. We found the most amazing restaurant just around the corner called La Grillade ... if you like meat then you definitely want to experience this. The Benedictine Palace was a great addition too. We will definitely be back ... still lots to see ... Thank you Sophie for your excellent hospitality.

The place to stay in Fecamp!

Great beach front location, with spectacular sunsets from your lounge window! A recently renovated, spacious apartment with all modern conveniences. (Loved the shower lighting -very funky!) Parking was easy, with lots of free on street parking nearby. The host was lovely, a great communicator.

Not as good as it should have been!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable an had a great view of the sea

The host did not reply to messages sent through booking.com, and did not respond to text messages prior to our arrival. However, she was very nice when we met her in person at the apartment. We felt the building security was very poor. The main door to the building had NO lock and the door to the apartment was not very robust and could easily have been entered with a good barge of the shoulder. The stairwell was smelly and in a very poor state of repair and decoration and therefore not a very pleasant introduction to our apartment. Being next to the road, the apartment was noisy at night so it was not possible to sleep with windows even slightly open as traffic continued to pass into the early hours of the morning. Although there was plenty of on-street parking outside this soon got filled during the day and particularly at weekends. So it was often difficult to get a space on return from a day out in the car. This was a premium priced apartment and should have been high quality throughout. Sadly two of the windows were very badly cracked and certainly dangerous for children, the sofa was a little tired and grubby looking, some of the crokery was chipped as was the kitchen worktop. The filter coffee machine worked but only made coffee that was lukewarm and the hob was inoperable, even after reading the instructions. Overall we felt this apartment was poor value for money.

Very good value, lovely views, very light. Close to restaurants and bars.

The apartment was recently refurbished, and in lovely condition, tastefully decorated. Well appointed kitchen. Great seaside views. Good parking just behind and close to the apartment.

Entry lobby and stair well was under refurbishment, so a bit scruffy on arrival, but soon to be finished I expect. The apartment, once inside was very nice indeed.

Sea view. Spacious apartment, well decorated. Good beds. For two almost too large and too expensive. For two plus 2 kids ideal. Host was nice and helpful.

Staircase under renovation. Parking is unsecured in the street. We had stormy weather and wind was blowing noisy through the windows.

Kaputte Fenster, Hausflur zur Wohnung etwas abschreckend, keine Infos bzgl. Check-in erhalten - erst auf Nachfrage, keine automatische Benachrichtigung wie der Check-in verläuft, chaotisch, morgens haben wir eine Nachricht erhalten was wir vor Abreise alles zu tun haben = kein guter Service, Couch stimmt nicht mit foto überein

Tout ! l'appartement est idéalement situé face à la plage. Sa décoration et ses prestations sont simplement superbes La réactivité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire qui malgré une réservation à la dernière minute a été très arrangeantes sur les horaires et nous à fourni des explications claires et précises ( photos à l'appui )

N'y être restés qu'uns seule nuit ! attention l'escalier peut être difficile aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Appartement ligt boven pizzeria! Overlast door forse stank, brandlucht! Ramen open hielp iets. Hoofdpijn! Twee dagen eerder vertrokken! Verder geen beschrijving van TV aanwezig.

L’appartement, sa déco, son incroyable vue sur la mer. Sa situation

Tout était bien mais quitter l’appartement à 10 h30, c’est un peu tôt sachant qu’il n’est disponible qu’à partir 15 h, c’est un peu juste. Sophie a cependant accepté de nous accorder un départ à 11h .
