We were impressed by the quality and the beauty of the apartment. It is situated in an old building and reconstructed while preserving some old features such as doors, windows, plan of the rooms. The owners have invested a lot in making it look in fashion and cozy, reflecting the spirit of a seaside village and with all modern facilities. Each and every detail is thought through, f.e. a magnificent elegant chandelier which looks like an octopus. We were excited to find a decorated Christmas tree. There is also an outdoor terrace. Een magisch verblijf in Normandië met schitterende karakateristieke eigenschappen.

Het mooie uitzicht en de centrale ligging. Goed uitgeruste keuken. De prachtige kamers. Het gebouw op zichzelf is een belevenis.

Geen minpunten. Alles is goed doordacht.

Sehr schön und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns in dieser tollen Lage wohlgefühlt.

Man bräuchte eventuell doch ein paar Möglichkeiten, um seine Kleidung zu verstauen. Wir haben aus dem Koffer gelebt. Zudem hoffen wir, dass die Werbung für „Rassemblement National“ nur aus Zufall oder über andere Touristen dorthin gelangt ist. Alles andere wäre unerträglich.

Alles was aanwezig. Zeer uitgebreid keuken materialen. Genoeg handdoeken. 3 TV's. Maar de locatie was helemaal uniek. De zee aan de andere kant van de weg. Geweldig uitzicht vanuit de woning. Levendige boulevard met restaurantjes en ander eet-tentjes. Parkeren plekken genoeg in de buurt.

Als het druk is omdat het mooi weer is of bijvoorbeeld weekend is parkeren wel wat lastiger, maar wij konden altijd een plek je vinden. Aan het eind van de dag was er altijd plek dichtbij.

Une vue magnifique

L'emplacement, la vue, prendre un verre en terrasse au coucher du soleil. Les chambres sont joliment décorées avec une douche dans chaque chambre.

Trouver une place libre pour se garer. Selon l'annonce il devait y avoir des fruits, certains commentaires mentionnent plateau de fruits et confiture, il n'y avait ni fruits ni confiture pour le petit déjeuner.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet, jedoch ist die Lage Fluch und Segen zu gleich.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral an der Strandpromenade in einer großen Erdgeschoss Wohnung in Fécamp gelegen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist super. Man hat direkten Zugriff zu allen Attraktionen in Fécamp. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich selbst versorgen kann.

Die Einsicht von der Strandpromeda in die Wohnung ist über ein sehr großes Fenster gegeben. Leider hatte man keinen Rolladen (defekt) oder Vorhang, den man hätte zuziehen können. Dies ist auch der Hauptgrund, warum wir diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen würden. Zudem ist die Parksituation zu gewissen Zeiten am Tag (Mittags - Abends) sehr beschränkt. Des weiteren hatten wir leider Pech mit den Mietern über uns - man hört lautstark jeden Schritt.

Összeségében nagyon szép a lakás és a kisváros is, a közvetlen tengerparti elhelyezkedése pedig tökéletessé teszi a kikapcsolódásra. A közelben éttermek, pékség, hentes is van. Minden ami kell. A parkolás pedig ingyenes. Köszönjük szépen a vendéglátást Thierry és Nathalie!

Exceptionnel

Très jolie maison, superbement décorée et très bien équipée. Tout est bien agencé et bien pensé. Les douches sont très belles et pratiques. La cuisine aussi est géniale même si nous n avons pas cuisine. La vue est très belle.

Le canapé lit était bloqué, nous n avons pas pu l utiliser.
