The country house is in Lütow, on the idyllic Gnitz peninsula, right by the Achterwasser. This peninsula on the island of Usedom is still a natural animal and plant paradise with beautiful hiking trails, a beach for swimming and places to go fishing. In the north-western part of the island of Usedom thee is the Baltic Sea town of Zinnowitz, the largest and most traditional seaside town, just 6km from Lütow. The island is famous for its charming contrasts, forest and water. The varied landscape, with beech, oak and coniferous forests along the coast, as well as themoors and the meadows on the Achterwasser side, give the island its charm.
