The house is located in Lütow, on the idyllic Gnitz peninsula, directly on the Achterwasser. In the north-western part of the island of Usedom lies the Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz, the largest and most traditional seaside resort, which is only 6 kilometres from Lütow.
