We decided a spontaneous extension of our stay in Cap and the staff at Riad was perfectly helpful. Helped finding the right place, room etc. The appartement itself was nice, clean and modern.
No complaints whatsoever, everything was as promised and shown.

Where we stayed wasn't in the Riad itself, which was a bit of a surprise, we had an apartment very near the beach which was perfectly adequate. We had a small bathroom and kitchenette and the beach was less than a 2 min walk. The team were on hand on the phone and happy to pick you up in a golf buggy if you wanted to visit the Riad i.e. for breakfast. It was very expensive for what it was but that is just very typically for most places in this location. I would happily book again.
The bed was very soft and not the best. Also the shower was very small but that being said worked well and had good pressure.

The location of the apartment - it was just in the centre of the village
The room was not so clean. The dishes in the kitchen were quite dirty. They call themselves a "hotel", but they clean the room only after you leave and not every day, so it's not really a hotel but an apartment.
.Breakfast was poor. They demanded 15 euros for an omelet, which I obviously refused to pay
