Time of year so quiet, access to the beach, very comfortable.
When we arrived the unit had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, piles of used towels in bathrooms. Furniture displaced. It was not the ideal start to our break away, the unit felt unclean. It took nearly 3 hours until the unit was cleaned, as we sat on verandah waiting!

Good location, good restaurant next door, unit itself was quite good. as for the building itself see below.
Bureaucratic levels of form completion with the agency on top of the standard Booking.com details, they expected a phot of a credit card.
Lights in underground parking did not work during daylight hours despite very little light.
Lights in stairwells did not work at any time including at night, timer buttons did not activate lights
Basement landing missing carpet except for next step down, hard to see with not lights
Tiles in ext of building cracked and large hole trip hazard
