The Annex @ 3 East Town Cottages

Great communication after booking including really helpful directions. Beautiful setting, so peaceful with lovely views. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed.

Bathroom was a bit awkward for both as we are tall.

Location is beautiful. The view is stunning. The host communicated well checking in during our stay to see if we needed anything and directions to get there were thorough and detailed. Very welcoming. They have an awesome map on the wall with local pubs and places to go etc - we went to the three daggers which was excellent. Accommodation is well equipped. There were all the kitchen items needed etc, hairdryer, light up mirror and the bedside lights had usb chargers (so good as I forgot my wall plug). Bed was comfy - we both slept really well!

The Annex is situated in beautiful countryside, but close to the village of West Ashton. The Annex was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, there is also a coffee machine. The bathroom leads off the kitchen downstairs and has a good shower and should you need it a washing machine. Upstairs is a sofa and tv with lovely views over the fields, we saw lots of wildlife. Behind the sofa is a comfortable bed which provided us with a good nights sleep.

Beautiful place, for shorter stay more than longer, unless you want to eat out or order take outs most of the time, which is plenty in the area. Or I am just use to to more equipped kitchen. Very friendly host, willing to help and socialise. Location perfect for Longleat visit.

Smaller place than you think. I am petite person and at times, especially bathroom, felt little bit claustrophobic. We were visiting during heat wave, so I understand that it were usual situation, but keep in mind that it will be very very hot. During night as well, as fan couldn't keep up. First thing i had to do was descale kettle, so water was rather hard.
