The restaurant was not up to the mark.

The hotel is good for a staycation. They have all the amenities for relaxation. Beds are comfortable, good breakfast, toilets have bidets, nice and comfortable bathrobe. Staff are very accoommodating especially Aina, she is wonderful and very helpful not only in explaining about the amenities and facilities of the hotel but she also helps us with our transportation around the Burabay Lake as well as going back to Astana.

What we did not like is that we only stayed for a night and we have not maximized our stay there due to time constraints on our part.

I loved the trees and nature of Borovoe. It was very beautiful and fresh air was very healing after long week of working.

Stay at hotel was comfortable but do not worth the money that it declare. Unfortunately during our stay WIFI did not work anywhere, except the reception area. Staff insisted that it is working, but nobody helped to check and resolve the question. Dining area had flies, which is not very healthy and comfortable. Also due to closeness of lounge and karaoke to the hotel area, it made impossible staying there during the night due to loud noise of not very good singing skills.
