Staff is the best. All issues are addressed promptly. Very friendly and helpful. Also, hotel is located at amazing location. Food was good. World class golf club nearby
Windows at each room are very small, but I guess it's the way it was designed. Nothing to do about it now.
In few years hotel needs renovation.

Great facilities and location.
Customer service poor for a 5* hotel. Had to pay extra for the bed for my son, which was not mentioned at the point of booking. Staff very slow to resolve this after multiple requests. Food ok, but steak overcooked and overpriced. Generally, the hotel is lovely but the staff weren’t that helpful.
