The room was large and quite clean. The staff was great, very kind and helpful, especially Arun. Location is good for day trips around Munnar.
The room was a bit too humid and without the AC there was no way to dehumidify. The views were not great.

The staff especially Mr. Aanandh was very good and helpful and also Mr. Arun helped us with all the checkin process and made it super easy and it was a very peaceful experience.
Wifi was little bit bad sometimes and could have have a smart TV and it will be good for movies when there is heavy rain outside.
