Amaizing location exit and entrance where simple
It wasnt as clean as i would of like when i pulled the sofa bed it had hairs and it was generally dirty……. But the front desk closed at 6pm so i couldnnt complain so i just went and changed it myself with what i had wich wasnt much…. And then because of the skiing i never really got a chance to tell them as they open after the mountain open and when i returned i didnt really remember untill afeter i pulled it back out

Very convenient, close to the lift
The receptionist when we arrived was very nice but the receptionist when we checked out was very rude when asked about the billing. Then when I asked for an email of the bill upon checkout so that I can double check before I leave, she said it will be sent later and after a week, I still didn’t receive any email.
