Unlike many two-bedroom vacation rentals, both bedrooms feature king-size beds with premium mattresses.
One bedroom features a Simmons ComforPedic AirCool memory foam king mattress, while the second offers a king-size memory foam mattress with a plush topper.
With two king beds and two full bathrooms, our condo is especially comfortable for two couples, friends traveling together, or families of up to four.
One bathroom features a shower, while the other offers a shower/tub combination.

Great location, nice view, clean rooms, comfy beds, easy checkin, well supplied kitchen and host was almost always quick to respond. Pool area, towels provided and grills were nice and clean. Only thing to clarify is washer/dryer is added fee and is located downstairs. If you are used to other places adjusting dates after booking this place is not for you. We asked about moving weekends and it was a hard no but when we wanted to add a day of course it was a breeze. Outside room noise is about what you would expect at a hotel. (Occasionally hear people above and outside.) For the few things not clear at checkin like how to access exercise room or find laundry, the host was helpful.

This property, owner, and management company are all top notch. The unit is exactly as described on the VRBO site. This is our second time renting the very unit and each time we have been very pleased with all aspects of the experience. If visiting the Vail area and seeking reasonable prices with exceptional service and location, this is the place to be. On this trip (July 2026) we saw a black bear and several deer 2 blocks from this unit. The Vail Sunday Farmers Market has to be one of the best in the country.

The property location is perfect. Close to the in town bus stop and easy walk to Lion's Head Gondola. Condo was comfortable for a long stay in Vail. Naomi was helpful and responded in a timely manner.
