Luxury Beachfront Villa Sea Queen - Kastela

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was a truly exceptional villa. All ten of us agreed it was the best villa we’ve ever stayed in. The property was immaculately clean, with spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and stunning sea-view balconies. The penthouse suite was a highlight, featuring a huge outdoor hot tub with breathtaking panoramic views. The villa was superbly equipped, with a fantastic games room (pool table, table football, darts, PlayStation, and gym), a well-stocked kitchen, and a brilliant wood-fired barbecue. The pool area was equally impressive, offering plenty of sun loungers, comfortable seating, and a peaceful atmosphere. Vele and his sisters were outstanding hosts—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, welcoming us with a generous fruit basket and toiletries. The location was ideal, with shops within easy reach. Comfortably accommodating ten adults without ever feeling crowded, the villa exceeded our expectations for comfort, facilities, cleanliness, and hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious, relaxing stay on the Croatian coast.

Nothing everything was excellent

This house is absolutely stunning. Much better in the real life than the photos . Everything was fantastic. Really well equipped, beautiful clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Basement room was great fun as was the roof area. We even gave the bbq a go which was great fun. The decor was fabulous . There was nothing about this property we didn’t like. We had an amazing time.

Huge home with all necessary and helpful amenities. Sparkling clean. Stunning views. Perfect temperature for pool. Immediate access to the beach while still being private and protected.

There was not a single thing wrong with the home or location. Just be prepared to navigate incredibly narrow streets if you bring an XL size vehicle.

Our party liked everything, the villa, the location and the hosts. the villa has everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and, the hosts have thought of everything to make it a wonderful relaxing environment. The villa is on the beach with stunning views, a lovely little beach bar close by and easy walking distance from some great bars and restaurants. The hosts live next door and nothing is too much trouble for them, they were excellent hosts.
