We had a very pleasant stay in Villa Sky and were overall very happy with this accommodation.
The property consists of two attached houses sharing a swimming pool, making it an excellent option for large groups. Each house has three bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms/showers, equipped with air conditioning (AC) in all rooms. The building is new, with modern appliances and high-quality materials. Since the houses were not originally built as typical hotel, they are equipped with many practical household items. This made our stay much more comfortable and convenient.
The owner was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, with fast response to emails & calls which added to the positive experience. We encountered a problem with the swimming pool during our stay, and the owner came and fixed it within 2-3 hours.
Overall, we would recommend this property for its layout, modern facilities, excellent condition and the kind owners.
The only downside is the location. The property is not in Split itself, and there are no particularly good restaurants or shops within the walking distance.

We rented the entire villa for 7 days with a group of 12 young people and had a great stay.
The location was excellent, close to several beautiful beaches and the city of Split. Supermarkets were also nearby and easy to reach by car.
The villa was very clean, and every room had air conditioning. Our favorite feature was the large seating area next to the pool, where we could eat together and play cards. The heated pool was perfect for cooling off at any time.
The stunning sea views from the pool and bedroom balconies were a real highlight.
We also loved the grill area and the carport on the west side of the property. In the evening, the setting sun created a beautiful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax, enjoy the view, and have a barbecue together.
