Unlike other rentals, this home away from home offers an unbeatable location mere steps away from the sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach. This laid-back city is the ideal place to relax, swim, fish in the ocean, work on your tan, beachcomb, and so much more. Five miles away is the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, the perfect spot to cast some fishing lines with your family or kids. Exciting adventures await at Shark Wake Park, the biggest aqua park in North Myrtle Beach and you can find it only six miles away. North Myrtle Beach is also an ideal escape for golfing–make sure to pack your clubs and visit one of the nearby clubs such as Azalea Sands Golf Club (one mile), Beachwood Golf Club, (one and a half miles), or Barefoot Resort & Golf (five miles).

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!
Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!
DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.
Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

We've stayed at this location for 3 years in a row. The first two years in a privately owned room, this third year. One that was owned by Bay Watch/Vacasa. There's pros and cons to both.
However, this might be the last year that we stay here, at least for a little bit. For 2 years in a row, they've been replacing elevators during the busy season. This year one elevator was down for the entire time we were there, last year, in a completely different building, at one point two elevators were down at the same time.
Overall, I'm not opposed to staying here again, however, with the elevator issues, and a few more things such as mild cleanliness issues and some maintenance issues, I may look for another place to stay before choosing this location.

The condo is clean, the views are nice. The beds are comfortable, even the Murphy bed. However, the pictures show a washer and dryer. There is NO washer and dryer in the room. Also the angle coming in the front door is tight. We brought a wagon for our beach supplies and had to disassemble it everytime we needed to get in or out of the room.

I loved the space and amenities! I would say this in north of the action. So getting in the car and driving was required. What you got for the price was worth the driving. We could get to everything quickly and easily. Would stay here again.
