It was very clean, at a great resort and my family enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The only things I would change is the lighting and to have more kitchen supplies.

The condo was amazing! Everything was clean, it had all the kitchen stuff you would need, and the beds were comfortable. Very impressed w this condo. The ONLY thing that could be better is to update the countertops. Will def stay here again. 10/10

Room 1215 was beautiful, well kept and had everything we needed! They do have a broom and dust pan, we didn't find it until our last day but it's in the laundry pantry. The resort was wonderful, all the staff members were so nice, friendly and helpful. Even the guests, traveling or permanent residents, were friendly as well and we made many friends while we were there. We really enjoyed the music and entertainment by the pool, kids activities, Italian ice, the gift shop equipped with ice cream, the incredible amount of pools, inside and out that were all very clean were the best! I will recommend Baywatch to anyone who goes to North Myrtle. We had such a wonderful vacation that we are already looking forward to going back!

Check in was at 4:00. Our room wasn't ready until 5:30. They compensated us by extending our check out time to 11:00am from 10:00am. We get into our room and one of the bedrooms smell like cigarette smoke. I call down to the front desk and they send up housekeeping with a can of lysol spray. The problem was that someone in the unit below us was smoking inside and it vented into the bedroom. So they now offer to move us to another room. A 2 bedroom instead of a 3 bedroom but won't refund the difference. We decide to stay were we are because we need the 3 bedrooms. We find out that most of the outlets don't work. The ones that do are throwing sparks. The TV in the smokey bedroom doesn't work. The one good thing I can say is that the bellman, Will, is amazing. He is so friendly. Super helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of.
