Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM
Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Clean apartment, not far from Waikiki Beach. We do have to mention that the carpet in sleeping area was kind of dirty and the cable(tv) was not working properly.

I stayed here with my two teens & we really enjoyed our stay & felt this was a great location on the island. I’d definitely consider booking here again if we return. The included parking was definitely a huge bonus to not have to search for parking at the end of the day. We were easily able to always find a spot in the garage & it felt very safe with having the fob to get to the elevators & having the entrance/exit staffed at all times. The location was great for a quick walk to the beach & all the shops and dining (which we did often). We definitely felt safe walking to & from during the day but it did feel like the whole Waikīkī area gets a little sketchy at night due to so many homeless in the area so we tried to headed back by 8pm if we were walking. The unit was very clean inside & the included beach chairs & cooler were nice additions to make our beach days more comfortable. The laundry access was helpful, too. The beds were comfortable but I do think the larger bed is a full size & not a Queen maybe. The only thing that would have been nice would have been an extra set of sheets for the living room futon - an extra blanket & pillows were in the closet but no sheets. The only cons overall were that the building is older & the initial appearance of the elevators and hallways was initially concerning but the unit itself was very clean. Also, the dining table & chairs were very wobbly & unstable and felt like they were going to break so we just didn’t use them.

The manager communication is polite, timely and thorough. The location is close to the action of the beach and the included parking was a draw for it.
