Five miles away is the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, the perfect spot to cast some fishing lines with your family or kids. Exciting adventures await at Shark Wake Park, the biggest aqua park in North Myrtle Beach and you can find it only six miles away. North Myrtle Beach is also an ideal escape for golfing–make sure to pack your clubs and visit one of the nearby clubs such as Azalea Sands Golf Club (one mile), Beachwood Golf Club, (one and a half miles), or Barefoot Resort & Golf (five miles).

When our usual hotel was booked, I went to Vrbo to find an alternative place to stay. This location was nice and the beach wasn't over crowded. I was pleased that our room didn’t have any carpet (LVP flooring throughout). If there would've been a vacuum, I would've used it to keep the floors sand and crumb free. Also, a washer/dryer in the unit would be a great addition. The toilet lever stuck occasionally, but we had no issues with it or anything else.Our check in and out was simple. I liked that the hotel had towels that we could use and exchange as needed.

Our family had a great time at Baywatch Resort. My kids slept great and enjoyed the room. My only issues were the cleanliness of the floors, the lack of tub stopper, and the lack of secondary locks. My 2 year old was able to open the room door very easily and there was no way to stop him except push a chair in front of the door. My 2 youngest kids feet were black within the time it took me to situate our things. And I was unable to give my kids a bath because the tub did not have a stopper. I used the drain plug from the kitchen sink but it was broken and water leaked out quickly. If you're a group of adults going, this room will he perfect for you. There are just little things that need some attention.
