The Sun Loft is a three-story beach house located just steps away from the white sandy shore. This spectacular 2,310-square-foot vacation home comes with stunning ocean views, an expansive private swimming pool, and a pool deck that is great for sunbathing and grilling. The nearby beach provides uncrowded miles of family-friendly fun. This seasonal rental is available from March through August each year.

The first-floor suite includes a kitchenette, a dine-in counter, and a private entrance to the pool deck. It is the perfect space for those requesting ground-level or private accommodations. While the main sleeping quarters and laundry room are on the second floor, the third floor houses the main kitchen, dining and living rooms, a sunroom, and an open-air balcony all with amazing views of the ocean and skyline. The open-air balcony off the dining room offers a great place for watching rocket launches or having an afternoon lunch while overlooking the pool and ocean. The house is equipped with safety features for families with young children that include pool door alarms and child safety gates at all stair levels.

The Sun Loft is a short walk or drive from key locations including grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and stores. The surrounding area has a large array of diverse and family-friendly offerings that will please your entire group from rocket launches, fishing trips, dinosaur digs at the Dinosaur Store, kayak tours, space museums, surf megastores and surf lessons, golf courses, and oceanfront happy hours. This home is just three blocks from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, one mile from Ron Jon Surf Shop, and 1 hour from Orlando International Airport and Central Florida theme parks.

Included is electricity, A/C, heating for the house, linens, bath and beach towels, five off-street car parking spaces, wireless WiFi access, internet HD TVs in the lounge and all bedrooms. Bodyboards, beach and pool toys, beach umbrellas and chairs, beach wagon, as well as loungers, tables & chairs for outside dining, BBQ for the private pool deck, and an outdoor shower. For families with children, this rental also includes a pack-and-play, a high chair, and assorted games. A Jenga set and pool volleyball are also provided for even more at-home fun.

The garage is not available for guest use, but there is ample parking in the driveway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
