A heating facility does not exist. Equipped with 2 Fisher air conditioning units that are suitable for both cooling and heating The entrance is covered and ground level and leads over a 20 sqm terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and TV. Bedroom as intersecting room and with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed and TV. Kitchen 28 sqm and with dinette, TV, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler, washing machine and TV házi mozival együtt. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Bedroom with 2 single beds and TV. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

The holiday home is not a party house! Groups wishing to party are not allowed. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
