The location was good (everything close), except if you're using a car. The place is behind a promenade. We arrived really late and the outfit of the building was a little suspicious, but inside everything was fine and good. Air conditioner worked very well and there was a lot of warm/hot water, cooking facilities were also good enough!
No good parking spot nearby. The building looked very old and dilapidated but the apartment was renovated inside.

We got a well-equipped, modern room with kitchen, AC, and a bathroom. It was great for a stay of 2 nights. The location is great, very close to thw city center (mall, restaurants, shops) and also not far from Lake Balaton.
It was a full house when we stayed at the property, so I guess the owners were busy, but we didn’t get the towels and wifi password we were offered. Also there was a wood-beetle in one of the kitchen cabinets who made a lot of noise, so it caused some discomfort during our stay.
