Discover this beautiful Mediterranean style townhouse with private pool! Located in a quiet residential area of Cunit, it is just a 10 minute walk to the beach.This house offers spacious rooms for a group of up to 9 people. The independent kitchen is equipped with the essentials, and it also has air conditioning in the living room and in the two double bedrooms. The rest of the rooms have ceiling fans. On the top floor we can also find a large terrace for sunbathing quietly.It also has a large private patio with terrace to enjoy outdoor meals, as well as a typical Mediterranean barbecue. It also has an outdoor shower.You can find all kinds of services a few meters from the house, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
Undoubtedly, it is a magnificent house to spend a pleasant and authentic family vacation.

The house was in a nice residential road just 10 minutes walk from the beach, and with plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. It was well equipped with air con in the 2 main bedrooms and living room, and fans for the other bedrooms. A very useful laundry room and drying area was located on the top floor. The swimming pool was a huge bonus and we used the BBQ and under cover seating area for family meals. The only slight negative was having to travel to the next town of Calafell to pick up the keys on arrival, but this was sorted on our departure. Thank you for a lovely stay.
